  • At the beginning of your appointment, you will be asked to read and sign a consent form and outline any existing health conditions and medications that we should be aware of. If you have a medical condition and have any concerns about your appointment, please do ask us when booking in and we’ll be happy to advise. We cannot tattoo anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • At the end of your appointment, we will discuss aftercare, recommend products and give you some hints and tips to ensure that your tattoo heals well and that you are as comfortable as possible during the healing process.

  • Infection is always a possibility as result of obtaining a tattoo, which is why it is so important to follow our aftercare plan, as neglecting aftercare and improper care of your tattoo will increase the risk of infection. Your first touch up is free for 3 months after your tattoo completion. You agree that if further touch ups are required, due to your own negligence, this will be done at your own expense.

Bookings & Cancellations:

We ask for a deposit to confirm your appointment; this is to cover the cost of materials and ensure that our artists are fairly compensated for their time should you be unable to attend your appointment. We will not begin designing your tattoo without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, we ask that you inform us at least 3 days before your appointment so that we can offer your appointment to other clients. Cancellations made after this time will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required before rebooking at your artist’s discretion.

You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your tattoo is well looked after by following our aftercare advice and healing procedures.

  • Whilst our goal is to provide a service that is to your satisfaction, your trust and patience is essential for our work together. If we believe that a design or element of the design won’t work, we will advise and discuss this with you to avoid any regrets or disappointment for either party.
